Default Fuel pump relay location for 2007 V70

Hey I just cannot find where my fuel pump relay is located for 2007 V70 2.4 . I bought a new one which is red and says 103 on top but its invisible on my car. Not in the fuse/relay box in the engine compartment, not under the driver's side dash, and the rear area does not seem to have a fuel pump control module but just a flat plastic green thing. Can anyone help me?

If your 07 has a fuel pressure sensor on the fuel rail - it also has a fuel pump controller, the PEM, and it is wired with the dashed lines between the fuel pump and controller. On the diagram next to a 6//33 there's "B5244 USA - that's the nonturbo engine used here. If there is no fuel pressure sensor it is wired like the solid lines the in diagram- There is no relay shown or listed in either setup, with or without a PEM.
Here's that portion of the wiring diagram, the lists of relays I see in the wiring diagram book, and a diagram of where the PEM is supposed to be. In the diagram 6/33 is the fuel pump and 4/83 is the fuel pump controller.

I do remember 850s and c/v/c/70's (93?-2000) having a red fuel pump relay (and replacing many) located next to the fuses under the hood.

Thank you so much. I felt like an idiot not finding that relay but it does not exist, despite the guy at the parts store telling me I had the right relay. I already bought a fuel pump and will install it today because I hear that it is rare for a fuel pump control module to go out and they cost the same or more as a pump. Really appreciate your reply!!
