Guys:

How do adjust the headlights on a 2000 v70?

 

I have a 2009 V70 R design. I replaced a dipped beam bulb yesterday but have noticed that the beam is now high. I have already taken the headlight out and checked that everything is in properly but the beam is still high. Any advice on simple mistakes or how to adjust them? I have noticed the two 5ish mm bolt heads but don't want to start messing about.
