Exclamation HELP! V70 blinking dash lights going haywire

I took my 98' V70 T5 out for a spin last night after I changed the air filter and did minor maintenance checking hoses, etc.. nothing. well, this morning my wife jumps in it on her way to work and calls me in a frantic panic saying the car is running fine but the lights are blinking in the dash going crazy.

what could this be?!?!? any help is appreciated thanks!!

I forgot to mention. my CEL threw a code P0410 and I researched it and it said it was a vaccuum leak. I checked everything but only this circular diaphram looking thing was loose so hooked that back up. other than that. I didn't touch anything. so I cleared that code after I changed the filter. did I do something wrong?
