Instrument cluster removal

Any kind of how-to for an instrument cluster removal from a 00 V70R? Gotta replace one of those stupid 194 bulbs in my info thing there... suffice to say Annapolis Volvo wants a mint to do it.

Go over to Volvospeed tons of people have taken the cluster out and I am sure there is a writeup somewhere on the forum.
