Default Just Put a Deposit on a 98 V70 AWD ????

Hi all,
I just put a deposit on a 1998 V-70 AWD not the XC but just AWD. I'm wondering what areas of concern there are with the 98's. I have owned three 850's and put rear main seals in each of them. What are the trouble spots with the AWD V-70's any advice would be great. Don't be shy if this car is a piece of crap let me know asap!!!

There are 3 main things that go wrong on those car they are the same as the 850.The evaperators go bad.The ABS modules go bad. Also the rear main seals. You will be better off with the 98 models. The 99 and up switched to electronic throttle which is more to go wrong.I persionaly dont like the 99 and up models.I would buy a 98 and lower.Other than that they are great cars. You can get about 300,000 miles out of them as long as you take care of it.Good luck with buying.
