Default Leaking Sunroof

My '02 V70 sunroof doesn't spring up to it's proper seal. When it rains hard, it seems that enough water gets in to back up the drains, and I get a wet seat. Reminds me of my old British sports car days. I'll also hear some water swishing below the floor on turns after a heavy rain and wet seat. I'm assuming that wear in the sunroof track and springs are preventing the glass from making a complete seal. Anyone have the same problem? Been thru fixing? Have suggestions? Know typical worn parts?
My car has 192k miles. Bought it new in 02 and I'd like to keep it right.

The sunroof seal is not suppose to make an air/water tight seal. Any water that gets by the seal should fall in the drain and drain out the front or back.

If you are getting water in the seal, it's likely that the seal is allowing water to get between it and the glass. You can verify that with a water hose. If that is the case, it's very hard to get a seal to seat on the glass, hard to install. This is what I did on a few 960's.
