Default lug nuts for steel rims...

Hi guys, just wondering, i just installed winter tires on steel rims on my 2006 V70....it happened twice that the stock lug nuts started to get loose (i could undo them by hand)...are there special lug nuts for steel rims? i looked everywhere and they just say to use the stock ones...i know this has happened to other recent volvo owners...i had them retightened and seem to be on okay for now..i'm keeping an eye on them.thanks

If the wheel lug bolts/nuts come loose then either the wheel doesn't fit the hub, or they weren't torqued properly in the first place.

Either that or someone is fu****g with you and loosening them...

I run my stock lugs on my winter steelies every season without issue. Just make sure you torque them right.
