Hey guys, I picked up a volvo v70 glt as a work station wagon, but ended up falling in love with it!!

I have a few issues that I ran into recently, and i really can't find the answer anywhere so I really hope you guys can help me out.

Every time I push the gas pedal, I hear water rushing noises coming from behind the dash, near the driver window. I've read this happens because the air injection pump has excess water in its reservoir therefore you have to drill holes in it to let the water out. Can anyone back this up?

I also have one more question. I hear bubbles from the vents above the stereo for several minutes after I turn off the car. Is this normal?

i have a 98 v70 glt and have never ran into those noises. I wish i could help you out. I have changed both front wheel bearing hubs tho.... not very fun. hope you find the answers your looking for
