Default OBD II Scanner ok?

Hi

I recently borrowed and OBDII scanne to diagnose a bad O2 sensor

However I stupidly I turned the engine over with the scanner plugged in- doh!

And recieved an inhibitor code- and the car actually didn't start.

I cleared the code and the car started fine- all seems well.

But I am curious- should I be worried about any damage from that?

Thanks in advance-

If your car started and no more CEL's popped up, I'd say you are okay.
