Default Oil light and O-Rings

I have a '98 V70 AWD, 134k mi. Oil level is fine, but the oil light comes on on acceleration all of a sudden.

Reading here, it seems the oil O-rings in the pan/crossover tube might be bad. I see gunk on the bottom of the dipstick when I check it anyway, so I had been considering pulling the pan.

Are there pic and/or how to at this site on the O ring replacement? I am about to go to FCP Groton's site and look for the rings. What else do I need besides them and a new pan gasket?

Any help would be great, thanks...

JH
