Anybody ever taken one of these apart to try and repair it? I've got two bad ones, the one in the car and one I bought via E-bay. The ebay one is just as rusted as the one in the car and does not spin. I was thinking of trying to disassemble it and clean it up to see if it'll spin again. If this is a complete waste of time meaning it can't be fixed, then so be it, but if there's a way to repair this motor I'd sure like some tips. I'm going to take fan cover off via grinding down the rivets. I then need to remove the fan part I guess to see what else needs to be cleaned up. If anyone's attempted this kind of repair let me know how well it went and how long it lasted.
