Question PVC Blockage

Can anyone tell me if the lower hole off of the oil trap is a straight shot in to the oil pan ? I recently purchased a 2001 V70t and found out that the oil trap and PCV system was shot . I have everything taken apart and the lower hole from the trap to the block was plugged tight I have scraped and wire brushed as far as the 90 in the block I have used break cleaner to clean were I can not get But it still seems blocked ? does this tube run directly to the oil pan or is there a screen or something on the end .I don't want to use air if it will push something off the end? sorry if this is a little long winded.

Everything I've read says it's better to replace the system than try to clean it... kits go for about $80US and are typed by engine code.

There is no kit for what he is trying to clean, which is the passage in the engine block.

Once the passage hits the 90, it goes straight into the pan. Use a wire coat hanger and clean it as best as possible. Compressed air is fine. You should be able to hear the oil bubble when blowing air in. If you can't clean it, the pan needs to be dropped.

Thanks for your response I did use a coat hanger but it didn't seam to unblock it .However when I used the air hose it was getting through. I am replacing the oil trap and the lines. I also need to replace the wire loom and smaller air lines.
