Default radiATOR hose bib blew off

my wife was at the drive thru in our 1998 v70 150,000 mi and the top hose bib blew off the radiator. does this mean it has a blown head gasket or does this sometimes happen with these cars I ran a compression check and it was as follows162, 165,155, 149,150 does this show bad head gasket or not. I was expecting one cylinder to be way off. it seems to me that the compression check really could go either way. I need this fixed fast due to the fact that we have no more cars for her to destroy so now she is driving my work van and I'm sure its days are now numbered. please help

Did she run it for long after it blew?
I would put a radiator in it and see from there.

That is what I would do. You cannot do most of the other tests with the radiator broke.
