Radio Anti theft light blinking

Radio Anti theft light blinking
The radio on my 2007 XC90 has the red anti-theft light blinking, there is no other power to the radio. The screen is blank I cannot enter my code. Any suggestions on how to clear the anti theft blinking light to get the radio back on?
