repair manuals/issues with my GLT
I've been snooping around a bit for a repair manual for my 1999 Volvo V70 GLT but I haven't found any. All I've found is one for a 1998 model. If anyone can help me out, I would really appreciate it. Thank you so much!
I also have a big issue with the backseat. The seatbelt pre-tensioner decided to stick, and when I put the seatback down, I couldn't raise it because the seatbelt is stuck and will not slacken to allow the seat to flip back into place. If anyone knows a way to fix this myself for cheap, or what parts I may need, etc. please respond to this post.
Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you!!!

RE: repair manuals/issues with my GLT
Hi Albert,
I think for the manuals it about the same. The car saw little changes overall from 98 to 99 to my knowledge. For the seat belt, I had the same thing this is what I did. Pull the removable arm pad out beside the back seat. It comes out easily by pulling out and up. From there you can reach the lower bolt point. Unscrew the bolt, rais your seat and bolt it back in. Work the belt in and out a few times to move the mecanism. I had it act up once or twice when I first bought the car, since then it's been fine.
