My 2005MY SE V70 has select leather sport seats which I believe are the same as can be fitted to the S60. They are very supportive and no doubt extremely well designed from a safety point of view. Almost every survey and advertisement I have seen claims that the V70 and S60 seats are the most comfortable in the class - inded that's one of the key reasons why I bought it.

However, I find I get pains in my butt and outer thighs after journeys of over an hour. Nothing I can do about it, but just need to understand if its me or the seat design. They just seem to be about an inch tyoo narrow for me, although I am of medium build. Its possible that my body is oversensitive, getting old, too wide, but has anyone else found the same problems ?
