RE: Difference in Ride Comfort??
Will your wife complain? Of course your wife will complain, it's her job. The Tirerack guy was right. There will be a noticeable difference. I went from 205/55/16 on my S60 to 225/45/17. I definitely noticed a difference and I only moved up 1" in diameter. The 17's will definitely look better but the ride will be stiffer and bumps will be more noticeable. If you can put up withthe b@*ching &moaningthen do it. Tell her it will be a much safer handling car (may not be true but if she buys it then you are in like Flint).

Well, she's been doing her job pretty darn well for the last 32 years, I must say. Fortunately, she also believes most of the B.S. I feed her about cars and stuff. I might wuss out and go w/ 16" and some lowering springs. We will see. Thanks! And I so miss my 850.
