My 1998 V70 has an annoying squeaky sound coming from the front area of the car.
I believe is either thesuspension or the engine dampers but I can't really figure it out.

I can hear the squeakines in particular going very slowly when hitting small bumps. Also when the car is stationaly and I push down on the boy I can hear it so I assume is the suspension.

Does anyone have any idea what is the speific part I need to replace? I hope is not the entire suspension.

we do a ton of spring seats on 850's at work. you can check it by taking a 21mm (13/16ths) wrench to the top of the front strut and giving it a tug. it should spring back. if it spins free, it's broken. we charge 1.5 hrs labor for em, and 30 bucks for the part. here's a link to some on ebay, to see what they look like.

That worked! I replaced the spring seats and now the squeaky noise is gone. :-)
Now though I am able to hear another noise coming from the front right wheel area... a tlunking noise...
...Could that be a bad wheel bearing? Is there any chance I can replace it myself? any special tool?

It might be your sway bar link making noise now.
