Default Stalling when slowing down turning and timing belt question

My 2004 V70 sometime stalls while turning after slowing down.

Jiffy Lube told me to clean the throttle body. For this they charge $90.

I used to encounter this problem 5 years ago and at that time changing the sparks plugs seemed to have resolved the issue or something done along. I recently changed all my plugs and the igniters as they started to die one by one. The stalling problem hasn't gone away. Any idea what could trigger the stalling and if it is concerning?

My car has 125K miles in it. It's old but runs fine although my power steering fluid leaks and I need to add more every three weeks due to a rack'n pinion problem that's too costly to fix.

Finally do you recommend to replace the timing belt? For my vehicule it's recommended to replace it at 150k miles. That's a couple of years down the road for me.

Thanks!

The timing belt is due by time and should be replaced.
