Default Terrible buzzing from ABS.. of course...

Ok, so I pulled onto my street last night and my ABS and traction control light turned on (once again) Ive already replaced the ABS module... and when the car is off it makes this terrible buzzing sound almost as if it were a pump trying to run dry... My brake fluid resorvoir is FULL, and this noise continued until I decided to just pull the ABS fuse. (The 50amp one) So any ideas? Oh, and if I step on the brakes (with the car running or off) it quiets that sound up for the most part... if that helps...

How long ago did you replace the ABS module?

Best thing to do now is have the codes pulled.
This way it will also make sure the module isn't bad again.
