Default Things to look for in '02 V70

Hi there,
I'm looking at a used 2003 V70 AWD (possibly the XC70, I don't know)
I've never had a Volvo Before and want to know if there are any issues I should be looking for in this model. I currently have a '93 Saab and I know that these cars can last w/ a little TLC, which I am willing to do, but if I would need to out in new Trans., CV's, etc, etc (thing I cant do myself), then it's something I Dont weant to deal with now.

Thanks,
_Neil

one with low miles will be fine or buy one that has already had a new tranny (lots have -were a design fault)

generally speaking excellent cars that go stop ride and handle well, short of split boots I have never heard of anyone having CV trouble under 150K miles.

as for the tranny, regular oil changes will keep it happy.

Spoil yourself and go buy a T5, AWD system is basically crap anyway.
if you need to go semi offroad buy a Subaru forester and put up with the crap interior.
