I am planning to install a trailer hitch on my '03 V70 - initially only to carry a bike rack. I'm thinking about trailer wiring (lights and direction only) in case I should ever want to tow. I found a large, rectangular grey connector in the spare tire well. It has 10 wires running to it. Is this a pre-wired trailer connection?

PS the reason I'm looking at a DIY approach - when I asked the dealer about it, i was quoted $540 -$580 for installation alone + hitch and parts!
