Default Transmission Slipping And Bumping Into Gear - been like this for 40k miles

2001 c70 hpt, i know it's the v70 forum, but i thought you v70 guys would know a lot more about the transmission, since they are similar.
145k mile

i think this year had a way different transmission than any other year, requires special fluid, please keep that in mind.

For the pass 40k miles I've been having transmission shift problems. The transmission would have trouble going into either second gear, or maybe it's 3rd, the rpms would drop between gear and then slam into gear. Going down a gear is not fun either, very harsh. It's also very slow to engage into drive from neutral.

I notice this problem only arise when the car is warmed up and fluids are hot. Hot days make it worst. It's never a problem when the car is still cold. What does this tell me?

People have told me that my transmission is going bad. Somehow i don't think that, it's been doing this for 40k miles, and hasn't gotten that much worst in the last 30k miles.

Somethings i've tried,

-b4 servo (it's not my year car that has the problem),

-tranny full oil change. This helped the upshift a lot but downshift not so much, also after 10k miles the upshift is harsh again. Does this tell me anything

any help would be nice, I've been trying to figure this problem out for years now and have looked everywhere on the internet.
thank you
