Hi, wonder if any of you experts can help, v70 est 2008, rear shocks have expired, the prob is they are self levelling, exorbitant price so wondered if anyone had replaced these with std. shocks and if data can be wiped from brain regarding this, any help appreciated

 

They are called Nivomat's. You will need a conversion kit to get away from them. Kit's include new springs, spring seats, shocks etc. You'll save about 50% converting but you give up the self-leveling. Checkout fcpeuro.com for the kits.
