hi this is my first post on this site so hi to all.

im looking to buy a 99 model v70 awd t5r but i have never owned a volvo and have no idea what to look for.
the car itself looks a bit tatty ie trolley dents and scratches but this is of no concern to me but the guy has told me it has a wheel bearing humming. this is where i am concerned because as of yet i haven't seen the car so what i would like is just some advice on what to look for as what may sound like a wheel bearing him for all i know could be a rear diff!
