V70 Wont Stay Running

1999 V-70 AWD wagon Automatic, car has a littte over2ooK miles, it will start but not stay running after 20 seconds or so.Any help would be appreciated

You need to find out if you are loosing fuel or spark.

It is called an Immoblizer. Yes it has it. Do you have a spare key you can try?
