Default V70R b5234t4, smoking on hot start only

Hey Guys,
This is my first time on this forum. i have had a bit of a search for my problem on here but can really find what im after so here goes.

I have 1997 V70r AWD 5Sp. 265000kms.
Faults are;
- puff of white/blue smoke on warm/hot start only.
Diagnosis
- first start in the morning there is no smoke.
- under advisement from local volvo dealer i got the turbo rebuilt, rear seal was leaking badly in turbo. this did reduce amount of smoke, but still smokes.
- does not smoke under acceleration.
- may smoke a tiny bit after long idle periods.
- I dont think there is excessive crankcase pressure.

any help here would be great.
Thanks.
Tom.

Maybe leftover oil in the intake piping/intercooler?

I thought it could have been oil still in the piping but i have done over 500kms now since changinge the turbo, and a lot of it throught mountian roads, tight and fast.

i havnt checked the pcv system yet. also i thought if it was valve seals that it would smoke on cold start too.
thanks guys.
