washer fluid low message

washer fluid low message
Washer fluid is not low, yet light and message say it is. Dealer says level sensor is part of a harness for $39. Cheap enough! Before I order this, has anyone else experienced this problem. Also, degree of difficulty in R&R of washer reservoir... vehicle is an '01 V70 2.4 non turbo... Thanks
