Water pump V70 4.2T

Does Volvo also recommend a water pump replacement when the drive belt is replaced at 160,000K?

Usually yes. While you're in that deep might as well. Little extra cost but better than tearing the freakin thing apart again.

In Canada! Has lots of parts stamped "Belgium"?
