Opened my hood for the first time and noticed something's not there. Can someone tell me what is missing here?

The only thing I see missing is part of the Alarm horn.

 

The alarm horn screws onto that stud sticking out from the black piece attached to the firewall? The black piece has a part of the wire harness attached going back into innards of the car.
Thanks for your continued help with this apparently molested beast.

 

There is supposed to be another peice on the stud with a nut on it.
Sometimes over time the nut will come loose and fall off.

Also after looking at the pic again I don't see an R Cam cover which I thought they had in 1998.
Or maybe not till 1999.

Ok my bad after some research the different Cam covers started in 1999.
