Hey guys,

Have an '04 V70 T5 Manual with factory 17 inch rims. Winters aren't always too fun here in Pennsylvania and I'd like to fit some winter tires on rims so I can put them on myself every year.

I have an extra set of 16 inch snow tires practically brand new I used to put on my S40 (225-50-r16). I'm looking to purchase some 16 inch rims and have the winter tires mounted on them. I'm wondering, though, if a set of 16 inch rims will work with my car before I buy them. I've got my eye on a used set of 16 inch OEM volvo rims for a good price. Can't seem to find if these 16 inch rims will interfere with the brakes or anything else... or even if the tires will work with my car.

Anyone know if 16 inch rims with the 225-50s will fit on my V70?
