Default Wiper/Washer Electrical Problem

I've a 1998 V70 (old 850 shape) and I'm having a problem with the front wiper/washers stayiong on constantly. This happened after I pulled the lever to apply washing fluid and it stayed on. Pulling the fuse is the only way I've been able to stop it.

I've tried in vain to find the relay for the wiper/washer (I'm assuming its a problem with the relay?) Anyone have any ideas? It doesn't appear to be in the relay box in the engine, nor in the fuse box in the engine compartment.

Anyone else had a similar problem? Alternatives to the relay being the problem?

Many thanks folks

Scott

Most likely the motor went bad.
