I got my XC40 December 2023 no issues with it being offline until this winter. It's constantly saying it's offline so I can't remote start it, also when I do start it it always asks if I want to use Google for my contacts and whatever else the messages is. That only used to happend after a restart of the system. My car doesn't sit long in-between uses, over night would be the longest. My car could be sitting for 2 hours and it goes offline. I have rebooted the modem (push front defrost then push again a hold it till it restarts) uninstalled and reinstall the app. No, I haven't changed any of the setting or it would be offline 100% of the time not 90%.. what the heck! It's cold here in Canada, remote start is a very important feature

 

You might want to take it back to the dealer and get a new battery under warranty. My 2023 xc60b6 has had the same problem. A new battery solved it (until it goes dead after sitting for a couple of days randomly - but hey that's only happened 3 times!)
