I have a two month old XC40 Recharge - not only does the A/C only work intermittently but I seem to have lost my Internet connection so can't access Maps, Spotify... Any idea how to fix? Planning on taking car for a service once part for A/C arrives...thanks

 

For the internet, this is a known problem many of us have, often. You can try these things, in order:

• Press and hold the home button on the center display for 20 seconds. (the IHU will boot and you will see the map on the instrument panel display.)
• Press and hold the Defrost button for 20 seconds, or until the tiny 'LTE' symbol changes in the upper-left corner of the infotainment screen. (the modem will restart)

Sometimes you’ll get lucky and one or the other will work. Sometimes, not. Search in here, and you’ll find others with the same issue. The ‘TCAM’ unit, whatever that is, is known to be junk. They replaced mine, and the frequency of issues decreased dramatically. Still happens every so often though, but one of the above things has fixed it so far.

As for the HVAC, it seems like you got that handled with a bad part.
