Default XC40 B5 2025 - Battery parasitic drain

Hi all Volvo users,
I just bought a new 2025 Volvo XC40 B5 AWD in December-2024 and I managed to drive ~700 km. On Sunday 23rd, I drove ~50 km and parked my car after the trip.
On 27th Feb, I could not unlock my car by pressing car key, I used the physical key inside the remote car key to open the door and I found out that all the indicators on the table are extinguished.
I checked my 12v battery and it appears that only 5v left, car dealer maintenance did a video call to support me online, they mentioned that my battery was drained out.
The day after, they arrived at my house and perform jump starter with a Volvo larger battery, my car was turned on and maintenance guy drove it to their Volvo workshop to check all the possible faults.
After a few days checking, they informed me that the battery is still in excellent condition, they have checked the circuit, charging wire and related electrical components but no abnormal thing is found.
They charged my battery 12v up to 92% and let the car idle 1-2 days to monitor if any possible drain energy. I really do not know if my car is facing this issue again.
Please if you have any ideas or encounter similar issue, kindly share with me how should I proceed.

most common causes of a parasitic draw are small items like vanity lights (trunk/hood/glove box etc) where a switch gets stuck and the lights stay on or a sticky relay keeping a circuit energized. With newer cars, the problems can also be software related where the car doesn't properly go through its shut down protocols. Since your car is new, I'd have the dealer make sure you are on the most current software patch versions and periodically monitor the car by checking for any sounds after its been shut off for say 30 minutes and if you have a loop meter, check the current draw say next day. To note, my wife's Toyota hybrid will periodically leave something running (havent figured out what yet) which will go away if the car is started then turned off again.

I took my car back after local dealers tried to fix the problem for 1 week. They did battery stress test and carried out all the possible electrical wiring/relay test related to battery parasitic drain. In the end, they could not find any abnormal issue directly cause the problem => root cause has not been identified. They only can update the firmware to latest version and reset TCAM (Telematic) then daily check battery drain and battery status. I drove ~100km from the day I had taken my car back, so far there is no further issue. But I probably check every week for battery charge status and supply DC charge in time, that is my preventive action.
