2010 Failed Emission

2010 Failed Emission
So I live in WI and I have to pass emissions and my 2010 XC60 failed.
On the sheet from the testing place it had no reason for the failure so the testing place called the state and they told them it was because of a C11087 code. I really can't find any information on the net about that code. So I had a friend use his scanner and he pulled a B1087 code. Again not much on the net about that. So now I really am lost, I really like to fix my cars and not have the dealer mess them up more.
I have no check engine light on and it has no problem driving.
any ideas would be amazing
