For the first time since I bought my 2014 XC60 a few years back, I attempted to install the trailer hitch "draw bar" (the part with the ball on it) from my 2005 XC90 ; - which has a generic U-Haul hitch.
To my surprise, although the receiver is 2 inches,the hole for the hitch pin measures at 15mm instead of one of the standard 1/2 or 5/8 inch. My U-Haul hitch has a 5/8 pin.I also have a 1/2 pin that I could test... but it just loosely falls in.

Therefore I need to find (for a reasonable cost) a hitch draw bar for a 2" receiver that takes a 15mm pin and a 2" hitch ball.
I can find a "Volvo" part that will fit, but it has a 50mm Ball ( =1.98"... but is shaped not to allow connection from a trailer requiring a 2" ball).

In larger centers this may be readily available..... but I live in rural Eastern Prince Edward Island, Canada.... - where it can be very difficult to find what a lot of people refer to as "everyday" items.
Any help would be greatly appreciated......
