The XC60 T8 2024 model - when Google maps is used for route guidance and the car is in Hybrid/Auto mode the car calculates how the electrical energy should be distributed as energy-efficiently as possible for the whole mileage and automatically switch from gas to electric depending on driving conditions, e.g., speed. All works fine at the beginning and then this function turns off by itself and a special symbol on the instrument panel near the battery charge level indicator goes away. The car switches to electric mode.
Why may it happen? Anyone had similar issue?
