I have a 2015.5 XC60R and the other day my nav system started doing something weird. The general maps shows the entire map of North American. If I enter a destination, it performs like normal. But if I just hit the Nav button to look at the general map, I am seeing my car icon on a map that shows everything from Canada to Panama!!! I recently had a ton of issues getting my service reminder reset (That was a fiasco and took many, many different tries and attempts to get it reset) and ever since then, the navigation map is wacko.

 

I have been trying to research this issue on the internet and since I am not finding anything at all....Should I just try to do a navigation map update???

 

Does the map change scale when you use the tune **** or the scroll wheel on the steering wheel? This info came from https://volvornt.harte-hanks.com/man...-Manual-v1.pdf

 

Okay, now I feel completely stupid, and I have 2 Bachelor degrees! I spun the thumb wheel and it changed the scale. Thank you Hoonk for your wisdom and guidance!! I have been searching online and in the manual. I wonder how I missed this and couldn't find it.
