My wife killed the battery in her car, jumped it, replaced it. Now parking sensors are working, abs is out, and a few others. Any idea what to do?

 

Read, clear codes with a compatible scanner that can talk to the whole car, not just an obd scanner. See what codes come back and form a reasonable diagnostic strategy from that.

Short of a scanner you could try to erase as much memory as you can by disconnecting the battery and hold the two terminals together for a couple of minutes. Then try everything again. If specific things still don't work, get a list together and we can look for simple things like main fuses that could have been damaged/blown during a jump start.
