Getting the alarm system service required fault.
I understand its a battery replacement needed and the unit can be found under the front wheel arch and the rivets need drilling out and replacing.
I would like to be prepared prior to doing the work so would like to know if the unit in mine would be the type im seeing on the youtube vids ie:black horn and white back that needs cutting apart at the seem, And what battery to replace it with? I have ordered some rivets 21mmx4mm.

Hey Jim, I'm in a similar position. Did you figure out which one you needed? Also where did you get your rivets from...

Finally is this easy to do yourself with a jack? Thanks
