Default 2017 XC60, squeal from driveline

2017 XC60, 60K miles.
I've been noticing a squeal for the last few months.
Starts about 1.5 miles from home, at speeds over 30 mph. Typically my first 5 miles of driving is 30 to 45 mph. Squeal increases in pitch with increased speed.
Seems to usually go away after I stop/start a few times, or reach speeds over 50.
If I drive 10 to 20 minutes, then stop for awhile as to go into a store, etc, I don't hear the sound when driving again.
Only seems to happen after the vehicle sits overnight or more than a few hours.
My first thought was a heater fan bearing. However, no change in sound when changing the fan speed.
My next thought was an idler pulley bearing. However, popping into neutral and reving the engine does not change pitch or tone. It is definitely driveline speed related, not engine speed.
It's not particularly loud with the windows up. With the radio at normal volume it mostly drowns it out.
Paying more attention to it the last few days, I thought I could hear it, at a different higher tone, when driving at 60 mph for about 10 minutes after my first 5 miles of slower driving.

Any other ideas? Maybe a CV joint going dry?

I'm going to make an appointmentt for 60K service next week, looking for ideas on what it might be before I drive the 3 hrs to the dealer...

Thanks
