Anyone aware of a parts shortage for the 2018 XC60? Some idiot ran a stop sign and t-boned my wife's T5. The local Volvo dealer's collision center is telling me it will be February or March before they can get parts to fix it because ALL of the parts are backordered. That seems absolutely ridiculous.

Side note: Volvo corporate customer service tells me that there is such a thing as a "Volvo certified" collision center, but they don't keep a list of who is certified. Given the dangers improper collision repair it seems crazy for Volvo to not even be able to tell you who is certified. Not having a lot of confidence in Volvo at the moment.
