I purchased a used 2022 XC60. I am working through getting it set up without the help of the dealer. I am stuck at removing the previous owners profile. I get a message to use the Volvo app but I do not see a way to do it there.

You wan to fully reset the system. Do it from in the car.

Settings (cog on the bottom right) > System > Reset Settings > and choose Factory Reset / Erase All Data.
