I am a new member with years of Volvo ownership, however, with only 2 weeks ownership with my new XC60 Inscription. So far, it has been an unhappy honeymoon. Discounting all the Google issues that I am experiencing, I have an issue regarding the rear console ventilation system. In short, no matter what fan speed I select, the discharge air is at the level of a babies breath. In addition, the temperature will not change from Celsius which at this point is a minor concern if the dealer Volvo of Worcester, MA is correct in that the promised "Google Update" will correct.

Question: How do I get the rear ventilation console system to blow any air where I may discern a fan speed setting? Thank you, Mary Jane.
