2023 XC60 T8 never stop charging

2023 XC60 T8 never stop charging
I purchase the new 2023 xc60 t8 recharge, I see never stop charging, when the driver display say 100% complete, the frame of the driver display is continue shown with a green pulsing light and the light of charger cable continue pulsing. I am using the original cable or tesla station. With this 2 cable have the same issue. I don't know this is normal.
