Default ABS/DSTC/City Safety Lights

Hello,

My 2011 XC60 has the following errors:

- ABS/DSTC Service Required
- City Safety Service Required

I've read in other places (https://www.volvoforums.org.uk/showthread.php?t=266682) that this is likely related to one of the ABS sensors, which can also take out DSTC and city safety. I purchased an Autophix OBD-II scanner which can read Volvo codes (
Amazon Amazon
), but the Volvo diagnostic is returning empty.

Questions:

- Why does the diagnostic show empty (no CEL either) when the car is telling me that service is required? Did I purchase the correct scanner?
- Is it likely that it is the front left ABS sensor, as based on other posts it seems that one is also tied to DSTC/City Safety? Otherwise, what should my next steps be in diagnosing this? I would like to avoid taking it to a dealer.

Any help that can be provided would be amazing

Thank you!
