Access dropped sim card and sim holder
Hi Everyone...new to the Forum and new owner of XC60 :-) . Enjoying the drive.
Very clumsy of me and the sim card and holder dropped into 'nothingness'. Any advice on how to retrieve this without visiting a dealership?

Be patient until tomorrow and visit a dealer service dept. Lots of electrified stuff in there, I wouldn't touch it myself.

Whew….manage to retrieve the device and sim with the help of an engineer. First the camera scope went down and it was lying snuggly under the carpet. Then a quick lift of the kick plate and lifting of the carpet. Clipped everything back into place and all good 👍.
