2013 Volvo XC60 3.2 Liter --- AM/FM radio only outputs static noise, will not receive any radio stations in the nearby area that should be within reception range. Static sound seems to be the same pattern regardless of frequency selection. Satellite (Sirius XM) radio, while the vehicle does not have the activated subscription, receives audio from the activation channel and the free Taylor swift station perfectly fine. Not sure how long this issue has existed with the vehicle as it is typically driven using Bluetooth audio from a mobile phone.

 

2013 Volvo XC60 3.2 Liter --- Checked all fuses relevant to infotainment or radio; all of which had continuity. Attempted to use scan feature on the FM radio and the system just scrolled through the frequencies from lowest to highest several times never tuning into any stations. My best guess is that the antenna for the AM/FM radio has gone bad but I have no clue where it is located in the vehicle or how I could test it. Diagrams for the radio system and advice on troubleshooting would be appreciated. --- 2013 Volvo XC60 3.2 Liter
