I set the front seats to high under settings/climate and checked the boxes next to that option.
The letter A (automatic) doesn't appear next to the seat icon to turn them on when starting the car and the temp is below 50°f. I just had my 2nd service and my favorite radio stations were gone so the dealer changed something.

 

My guess is the dealer disconnected the battery as part of the service and didn't use a back up which is what cleared your radio. I'm wondering if that reset other features to factory default. Considering you are under warranty, I'd call the dealer and have them review and correct the settings. They shouldn't charge you for this as it was caused by their service.

 

i think your right. I started it cold today and the seats came on with A next to the seat icon. I Reset the climate yesterday.

 

In case resetting the 'climate' didn't work, it could also be the 'drive' setting. If you read in the manual re; drive settings, if you set it into 'PURE', features such as the seat heaters become inoperative. You'll go further on Battery only but w/o some things working. Electric seat heaters are basically a dead short to a battery.

Mine is a T6, I don't have pure mode. Eco, individual , dynamic, and off road are my options. It's cold here in Mn. now and the heated seats are on at startup. The dealer must have cleared some settings.
